MAINTENANCE LEAD

The Maintenance Lead oversees the physical development and project needs of Life School, Camp Santa Cruz, and The Table — planning, executing, and stewarding repairs and improvements that strengthen the property for the long term. Working with a servant heart, you model excellence, ownership, and initiative; lead the Maintenance Assistant and students; and keep every space safe, functional, and mission-ready.

ROLE TYPE: Volunteer — Mission Lead

TERM: June 4 – August 20, 2027 (Dates are tentative)

COMMITMENT: Full-time, ~45 hrs/week  ·  30 hrs serving · 10 hrs student discipleship · 5 hrs personal growth

REPORTS TO: Operations Director
