The Registrar / Dean of Women keeps Life School running smoothly and cares deeply for its people — stewarding health needs, records, and weekly logistics with excellence while offering steady presence and attentive care. As Dean of Women, she shepherds the female students and partners with the Female RA to cultivate a safe, dignified, and welcoming community. Through clear communication, consistent hospitality, and thoughtful coordination, she creates spaces where every student experiences safety, dignity, and belonging.

The Outreach Coordinator plans, communicates, and executes Christ-led evangelistic outreach so students, staff, and ministry partners are equipped, informed, and unified. More than logistics, you cast vision that stirs faith and expectancy before every outreach, then lead debriefs that help students reflect, celebrate wins, and grow. You steward time, transportation, resources, and relationships with integrity, so that the people of Santa Cruz County are reached with the gospel.

The Maintenance Lead oversees the physical development and project needs of Life School, Camp Santa Cruz, and The Table — planning, executing, and stewarding repairs and improvements that strengthen the property for the long term. Working with a servant heart, you model excellence, ownership, and initiative; lead the Maintenance Assistant and students; and keep every space safe, functional, and mission-ready.

The Media Volunteer captures and tells the story of Life School every day — consistent, real, and engaging — so students feel seen and supporters stay connected. Think documentation over production: daily Instagram stories from classes, community, and behind-the-scenes, plus one or two intentional posts a week that carry the week's story. Your job isn't just to make content; it's to show what God is doing here, every single day.

PRAYER: We want Jesus to lead the way. Before we do anything, we drench it in prayer, and we live with an expectancy of Jesus guiding and leading along the way.
INDWELLING LIFE OF CHRIST: We don’t focus on trying to act more like Jesus, we focus on the reality of Jesus at work within and through us. We believe that Jesus is truly alive, and He is sufficient for everything He leads us to.
FULLNESS: We desire to cultivate an atmosphere where people experience and explore the fullness of life we all were created for. Afterall, our ministry is called “Lovin Life” – John 10:10 “Jesus said, ‘I have come that you may have life and life to the fullest.”
GENEROSITY: We want to live with what we call an “Upside Down Kingdom” perspective. Where we are radically generous with our time, talents, and treasures, seeking to put other people’s needs above our own.
ACTION: We are intentional to call people to action. Whether that be accepting Jesus as Savior, sharing your faith, or surfing in frigid waters, we believe life with Jesus always involves a next step.
